Do you ever have a day when you look outside your window, the sky is gray; clouds are dreary, and all you can think of is, "Can I just roll over and stay in bed?" My form of fitness and exercise was chasing the children, doing my domestic beauties, working at my volunteer and job. Exercise was the last thing on my mind. So when I made the decision to transform this body, it was one foot in front of the other, which led to one step to one lap to many laps to miles to marathons to the race of my life, the race of endurance.  Let your SPIRIT carry you!
