When it comes to wellness, the one way to success is learning how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.  With this secret, you will be able to tackle the valleys and soar on the mountaintops in living a healthy lifestyle. Temptations to go back to the old ways will come up. That extra serving of dessert. Or the week off from exercising leads to a couple months. Let's not forget STRESS. Stress derails all hopes and goals. And when it comes to your health, stress is the first thing to destroy all you have worked for. If you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle, it's more than the workouts, the healthy food. The prep for the week. The eight hours of sleep. Yes, all of that is terrific. And you need to have it in your toolbox.  But like Mark Sterling said, "If you want to soar in life, you must first learn to FLY." The K.I.S.S. ~ Learn to F.L.Y.! First Love Yourself!
  1. FIRST do something daily for you. It can be something as simple as quiet time or meditation. A walk to melt the busyness away.
  2. LOVE unconditionally. Stop talking trash about what you failed at. That only builds up what you are doing wrong. Love unconditionally with each step.
  3. Be YOURSELF. Your best selfie. Respect who you are becoming and the journey you're on.
