Time is precious, but everyone is so busy. What if you could get better results in less time? Are you in? Everyone has 24 hours in a day, but you choose how you use those hours. If you are wanting to get better results in less time, you have to be willing to do the work, even if it's only for 8 minutes. EIGHTS MINUTES?!?!?!? You got it! The days of the dreaded treadmill are over!! You need to be doing more resistance and strength training. And it doesn't have to be an ALL day affair. The best way to get better results in less time is to utilize H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training). It's a form of exercise alternating between a high, intense, quick burst of anaerobic exercise and a less intense exercise during recovery. Keep it active though in your recovery.
