But hope is more than "I can't wait!". Hope is the beat of the heart. It keeps you breathing regardless of what the world tells you. It's easy to become confused and entangled in what the world requires of you.  You speak phrases like:
- I hope I can do this.
- I hope we can pay the bills this month.
- I hope I can go out with my girlfriends.
- I hope we get those seats at the concert.
- I hope they have our favorite dessert.
Hope is not the stuff! Hope is not your accomplishments. Hope is not your success. Hope is not your bank account. Hope is not your partner. Hope is not your credit score. You are going to continue to feel miserable, overwhelmed, frustrated, and upset if you focus on the stuff.
