You roll out of bed knowing that you must meet or exceed those you compare yourself with and the expectations set by you and others. You learn to dance in the moment just to survive. Performance, one part of perfection. But how do all of these parts propel you forward? How do they get you closer to your goals and dreams? Take a breath and you will see, perfection is not for you and me. The K.I.S.S. ~ Choose peace over perfection! It's not about doing everything right and knowing it all. Your journey is yours to walk. No one can be you just as you can be no one else.  YOU.... created on purpose for a purpose! However, that purpose cannot live outside you unless you:

• calm your day,
• calm your mind,
• calm your actions,
• calm your soul.

Peace over perfection. Dressing up has come and gone. Halloween does not become you. Stop being someone you are not.
