Then you have all the different ways to exercise (yoga, pilates, strength training, kettlebells, aerobics, barre, etc.). Plus, you can't forget all the various diets to choose from (Paleo, Mediterranean, Whole30, Keto, Atkins, South Beach, etc.). No wonder we are confused, frustrated, and ready to give up more than try. All this to say, you have plenty available to know you won't starve or get bored when it comes to your health and wellness. However, what people don't talk about is how we are living out our health and wellness. Are you living in a state of scarcity or abundance? Now, normally we hear these terms when it comes to mindset. Yet today, it's time to stretch our narrow lens. If you're living in a state of abundance, then why do we have such a hard time changing what we do, because we can get whatever we want when we want. There is an abundance. Instead, I find that people live in the state of scarcity with a fear that this will be the last time I get to fill in the blank. Abundance gets us excited and there is no threat to what we don't have or what we can't do. It's the zone of offense. Scarcity is just that; it scares us out of what we may not have at a later date. There is an end to the pleasure. It's in the zone of defense. Is there something you can do for your health to make it worse? Of course, there is. Keep living in a state of scarcity and you'll keep living in the zone of defense. Defense pushes your goals away. It's time to attract what you desire. The K.I.S.S. ~ Attract what you desire! Life is too short to waste time playing both offense and defense. So attract what you desire. Come at it from the zone of offense. You already know what it's going to take to make it worse. So make it better.

- Make a choice; the hard way or the easy way. The hard way is where you focus on what is most challenging for you. The easy way is the simple most convenient step to add to your daily activities.
