S - Specific (well-defined, clear to anyone with the basic knowledge of the goal) M - Measureable (so you know when it's been achieved) A - Actionable (must lead with an action verb) R - Realistic (within the availability of resources, knowledge, time, finances, etc.) T - Time-based (enough time to achieve goal and not too much time to create procrastination) E - Energizing (gives you energy when you are working toward it and moves you forward) R - Relevant (applicable to your season of life) S - Success (set yourself up for success) The last "S" is your secret sauce! You accomplish your goal (even if you alter it some), you will feel AMAZING and will continue with living a fulfilling life! The K.I.S.S. ~ Write your "SMARTERS" IMPACT Goal!
