1. Write it, not type it. Out of sight, out of mind. Write down what you eat, drink, your fitness workout, your sleep, and even a motivational statement. This holds you personally accountable because it becomes real in both your mind and heart. This allows you to confirm what you are talking to yourself about.
2. Plan it, not assume it. If you rely only on your memory or habits, something else will get in the way. Do what matters because you matter! And remember, planning it creates routines.
3. Do it, not crush it. It's not about being "all in". You need to do what you can when you can. Accept your choices and make the decisions that fit the lifestyle you want.
