It's very easy to get complacent with how our life is going. We like the position at work. The family is the right size. The house is manageable. The bills are stacked, but at least we can pay them. Yet we strive to get and to do everything. While in the race, we begin to distance ourselves. Soon what we thought we had seems less than, and all we see is not enough. We play to win only to find ourselves broken, confused, lonely and abandoned. What we thought we wanted, we cannot find because we are lost in pursuit of victory. "There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan that can succeed against the Lord. The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but victory rests with the Lord." ~ Proverbs 21:30-31 The K.I.S.S. ~ In pursuit of victory! God goes to great links to mend the broken, to see the unseen, and to find the lost. He chases you!  When you're in pursuit of victory, God is right by your side even though you're only looking back. Maybe you feel lost because you haven't given God the time to seek. He wants to be apart of your victories every day. He doesn't desire to see you hurt. But He does desire you to lean on Him when you do. You are rescued by God daily! He wraps you up in His arms when you are sad. He nudges you with hope. He loves you when you feel unloved. Nothing separates you from God. Give thanks to God! He gives you the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:57) It's not of your own doing and it's not of mine. Without Him, the victory is yours to lose. But with Him, nothing is impossible. In pursuit of victory, pursue God's greatness so He can pursue you. "Begin each day as if you had wings.
