Are you upset by the complications in your every day? You do not have to stay locked and loaded on where you are at. You can choose to make a change and create your now. But the thing is, you have to make a choice. So why not reignite your day with a new ONE word that will propel you forward and change the landscape you see right now? I'm amazed at how many people say they are exhausted, frustrated, or overwhelmed by their year.  Now you can choose to stay where you are and soak up more exhaustion, frustration, or overwhelm.  Or you can reignite your day.
- Let go of what you can control. Yes, you need to release what you can control in order to change what you do control. So much of your mind can focus on what you can't control. Deal with what you can, not what you can't!
- Capture what you want in your day. If the magnetic draw is to what you can't do, you will not be able to capture what you want. You have to be specific in your own expectations and own what is yours to own.
- Speak life in your every day. Choose the one word that will elevate and energize your day, not the one that deflates you. The world will do that to you anyway.
What is your new one word?  Take that one word and write it on your mirror in your bathroom. Write it on a sticky note. Keep it top of mind. The more you see it, the easier it will be to execute it.
