Judging what our kids do and how they act is a shortcut to making excuses for behaviors. What we really need is to understand is the place in which they come from. It's belief! Once you understand what your child sees within, you can begin to understand the belief of your child. So what is your responsibility when it comes to the belief in your child? You have to understand that you must build belief with intention. The K.I.S.S. ~ Build belief with intention! Belief cannot be built on its own. It takes intentionality to build belief. Think of each circumstance or situation as a brick. With each brick, you begin to build a fortress of belief.  So how do you build belief with intention? Teach your child. How do you think you know all that you know? You were taught by someone. Be the greatest influencer and teach your child. Lead your child. You need to lead by example. Don't assume that your child will get what you want them to learn based on your teachings. Lead your child. Show your child. There are times that we as the parent need to guide the decision process for the child. Their brains are still developing and sometimes can't see what we see. Show your child. Being a parent is a challenge and a blessing all at the same time. If you are not tired at times and ecstatic at other times, then you might be letting parenting pass you by.
