The next breath is new and refreshing to the mind, body, and spirit. So why get stuck in the stuff that really doesn't matter? I get it. Life is unfair and complicated. Things happen that we cannot explain.
- People say mean things.
- People die a senseless death.
- People take what is yours.
- People lose before they ever win.
- People make poor decisions.
BUT —— The K.I.S.S. ~ Every breath is a blessing! Yesterday was a very trying day for many reasons; a roller coaster of emotions.  But when all was said and done, every breath was still a blessing. The season that you are in right now does not have to define you. Yes, it might refine you. However, it's up to you as to whether you look for hope or settle for despair.  Without going into crazy details that would extend this episode beyond an hour, let's say a got some sense dropped on me. I went for my walk late afternoon. In one straight stride, there it was; a drop of poop from above. Now, this path I walk every day only to find myself in the way. Yes, the squirrel had no mercy. It was a reminder of God's sense of humor.  I don't control the days. But I can appreciate the days. Every breath is a blessing. Don't let the pain and hurt define your days. You are worthy.
