Getting in shape is invigorating when you see a change. But when a plateau hits and the transformation seems to stall, how do you level up your workouts to take your health to the next level? One of the hardest struggles is sticking to what was once working. The enthusiasm to keep moving and eat healthy begins to diminish.   Desire to be supported and encourage by other like-minded women? When you get into a rhythm, it's very easy to become complacent with your progress.  You have to be willing to fuel the fitness that works for you. And remember, not one size fits all! How do you level up your workouts? Change what you take for granted. The K.I.S.S. ~ Change what you take for granted! It's easy for us to get our eyes set on the goals but miss everything in between.
  1. Switch up your routine. Your body is smarter than you give it credit. If you are doing the same routine for the last year, it's time to switch it up.
  2. Eat clean foods. Know where your food comes from. Read the labels. 
  3. Rest as much as you workout. Think of this as both sleep and rest from your workouts. 
  4. Hydrate frequently. The more water, the better your cells can respond.
  5. Snack to win. The little foods matter as much as your main meals.
