At the same time, you're not putting your dreams aside. You are letting your heart be grateful for where you are so you can move to where you want to go. The K.I.S.S. ~ Value what you have! This is so hard to even teach our children. We're so gung ho getting what we want now, that we forget how grateful we should be for what we do have. One of the gifts the pandemic gave us was time with our family. Now, I'm sure it wasn't all rainbows and roses. But having the time because you were in the same room 24/7/365 somewhat challenged this immediate gratification fix. You had to be okay with what you had and make do. And there's nothing wrong with that. In fact, it opens you up to maybe not wanting as much and becoming more satisfied and content. Value what you have. You know I talk about my height being short and wishing I was taller, which isn't going to happen. And then there are my calves of steel. As much as this bothers me, it's also a humongous blessing. When you take time to see what you have, your heart grows bigger because your gratitude is exploding.  What can you value today?

• Relationship (i.e., self, family, friends, strangers, etc.)
• Business
• Financial
• Daily responsibilities (i.e., laundry, cooking, cleaning, etc.)
• Spiritual
• Psychological
• Your reflection
