With the new year vastly approaching, goal-setting typically drives preparation for new possibilities leading to your success. But is success found by achieving your goals? Then, there could be taking a vacation for an extra two weeks. but you only squeezed in one week. And what about spending more time with your spouse, the one that sleeps next to you? Maybe you had hoped to work on a few specific areas in your marriage, however, you barely made time for date night. How do your results based on your goal-setting describe your success?  Are you a failure? Or would you call it a successful year? Depending on your attitude at the moment, you could reason out both of them. But statistically, you are still more accomplished than 90% of people in the world.  So what if you looked at goal-setting in a different manner? Not to create daily to-do lists, but to grow and stretch you in all areas of life (i.e., financial, physically, emotionally, relationally, personally, professionally, and spiritually).
