A champion is traditionally defined as a person who has defeated or surpassed all rivals in a competition, especially in sports So what if expanded that definition to us as everyday athletes; the women who kick butt in caring for the family, raising the children, growing a career, and being an incredible wife and partner? How do you think that would change your decisions? There is play time for athletes, but there is also suffer time for athletes. 1. See the end at the beginning. Part of living your best life and becoming your best selfie starts with the end in mind. You having a vision. This helps to give you direction in making decisions that will guide your actions.
2. Speak kind words always. You may get frustrated at where you are. You may want to give up because the change is not happening more quickly. However, don't give up your power to create your now. Speak kind words always both in silence and out loud. This is where your reflection comes to life.
3. Commit to everyday intentional actions. If you know where you are headed, combining this with your vision and kindness plus your consistent actions, it all adds up to life as a champion.
