"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." ~ Jeremiah 29:11 Do see the overlap here? Then why run your life in fear? The K.I.S.S. ~ Silence your fears for God hears! Our cries and demands can be so loud like heavy rain beating on the windowpane that soon they become deafening and hide the presence of God. At what point will you become weary enough to let God take the reins? Doesn't God care for the sparrow? Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? ~ Matthew 6:26 But if we really want to be honest, the birds don't have a family to raise, bills to pay, or keeping shelter for the family. False! The birds just have a different currency than we do. So what if we adopted their currency? Now our currency is money. However, what if we used what the birds use? Trust and presence. Come into the presence of God. Commune with Him. Share your concerns. Voice your questions. And then, be present. Let your presence with God shelter you from the fears of your heart.
