- EAT what's in style. - Shop your farmer's markets. If you eat what is in season, you'll save money and your plate will be more colorful. And of course, remember to shop the outer perimeter of your grocery store.
- DRINK responsibly. - When you are outside in the heat, you've gotta understand that your cells need water, or you are drowning them with the wrong liquids.
