- SAVOR what matters. You get to decide what your non-negotiables are. This means you create your now every day. So savor what matters by choosing to do what you think is impossible but what your heart knows otherwise.
- TRIM off the extra. What can you give up to focus on the dream you're going after? Sometimes we want to eat everything at the party. But what needs to be eaten is what is special at the party, not something you can have every day. So trim off the extra to make room for what matters.
