So how do you go from negative to more positive? The K.I.S.S. ~ Wrap your thoughts in kindness! You need to let kindness lead the way. If you dish out crap, all you're gonna get is crap right back. Words are Seeds Words are seeds that do more than blow around. They land in our hearts and not the ground. Be careful what you plant, be careful what you say. You might have to eat what you plant one day.
- Start with awareness of the contractions --- all the stones, the NOTs! Think about David and Goliath. He had a slingshot and some stones. Every time you use negative words, NOTs, or contractions, you risk being knocked out and killing that which you so desire.
- Choose 3 words that resonate with your heart and your dream. Connect them to ignite the passion.
- Write 3 sentences/questions to trigger what's possible! Consider these your hope statements.
