- Name what matters. You need to know what your focus is for your sweetheart and your marriage.
- Express your emotions. You can't stuff your emotions down. That will cause turmoil in the future. But learn how you feel, and how you can express things to your spouse, so they are received in a manner that is not from a threat, but out of love.
- Welcome the moments. If you aren't seeking, you won't find. Seek out the moments to create your now as a couple.
