As tensions continue to mount on the Korean peninsula, is now the right time for the BBC to be launching a new radio service aimed at North Koreans? Jamie Angus is Deputy Director of the BBC World Service Group, Dr Leslie Vinjamuri is Director of the Centre on Conflict, Rights and Justice at SOAS and an Associate Fellow at Chatham House and Tania Branigan is The Guardian's foreign leader writer.

Oliver Cummins Hylton is the winner of the first Steve Hewlett Bursary, an initiative founded in Steve's memory by The Royal Television Society, The Media Society and his friends and family.

There is speculation that Amazon could be preparing a bid for Premier League broadcast rights. But seasoned media analyst Mathew Horsman of Mediatique thinks the scenario is highly unlikely.
