What if you were to make a decision to love your spouse in a manner you've never done before? Or, if you have, you are doing it with more intentionality? I want you to think about money for a moment. Money can make a difference in your every day. But so can love. That's why you gotta show me the heart! The K.I.S.S. ~ Show me the heart! Your spouse needs to know how much you love and care for them. Life is hard for both of you. You both are juggling careers and dreams, kids and finances, but you cannot forget about each other. It's easy to do. Been there, done that. And it really hurts a marriage. In fact, it can destroy a marriage. I don't want that for you. I want you and your spouse to grow a strong foundation that will withstand the test of time and any storm you face together. However, it must come from the heart; the place where only the two of you connect. That's where the magic happens. Yet, at the same time, we are human, and human beings have human needs.  If you want to genuinely "show me the heart," you must think about a few of these. This is what it looks like in real life. 1. Express Gratitude: Take the time to express gratitude for your spouse's presence in your life. Acknowledge their efforts, both big and small, and let them know how much you appreciate them. Gratitude can strengthen your connection and create a positive environment in your relationship.

2. Support Their Goals: Show your support for your partner's dreams and aspirations. Encourage them to pursue their passions and be their biggest cheerleader along the way. By standing by their side and helping them achieve their goals, you are showing that you believe in their potential and value their growth.

3. Actively Listen: Practice active listening when your spouse needs to talk or share their thoughts and feelings. Give them your full attention, be empathetic, and show that you truly care about what they have to say. By being present and engaged in conversations, you can strengthen your emotional connection and foster a deeper understanding of each other. BONUS: Do the Assumable! And what I mean by that is you've got to read your spouse's mind! You must be intentional on a daily basis. This takes work. You gotta pay attention to the silent whispers and looks you get. Yes, you can clarify everything. But if you are paying attention, you will know your spouse's patterns and be able to serve them the way their heart wants it. And that's their way!
