When you are living everyday with everyone else's goals and schedules in mind, it's very easy to become frustrated. Busting through frustration is possible. You can live a day of bliss. Nothing makes sense when you are frustrated. And life in itself is frustrating. What you thought your fairytale would be, it's no longer. Reality hits all the time! When you are frustrated, your head is in the mud and can't think clearly. And it's always the little things that add up to the bigger FRUSTRATION. You feel like screaming, pulling your hair out, crying and even laughing hysterically. And who gets the bite, the hurt? The ones you love most. Frustration can be dreadful to anyone and especially the ones receiving the wrath of the frustration. Busting through frustration can happen and you can stop the cycle.
