What do you see when you look at a masterpiece of YOU? A picture is worth a thousand words. What is the back story, the narrative, that you tell yourself over and over again?   Most women hide from pictures, especially the older we get or the more children we have. We are very judgmental of ourselves (not of others) and quite critical too. Take a look at the most recent picture you took. What do you see? What does your picture represent? Are you using words that are critical, mean and sarcastic? Or do you use words that are loving, forgiving and full of grace?  You are cringing now, because you know. YOU fall into this narrative of tearing yourself a part, having a higher standard for yourself than those around you. How you look at your picture, is that the same way you see others in their pictures? Probably not. "With better awareness, we make better choices. And with better choices, we have better results." ~ Robin Sharma So why are you doing it? How is this story working for you? If you don't like what you see, then what are you doing about it? How is that working for you? Do you find yourself making excuses for what you see? Never will to make a change. OR are you ready to change the story, the narrative! 2. Make better choices (decisions).
3. Create better results (outcomes).
