How we feel and go through life is a choice. You can choose to be mad or sad. Just as happiness is a choice.   How you get up in the morning. What is the first thought?  "Oh my! It's Monday. I wish it was Friday." Or... "This is a beautiful day. Let's get this adventure going!" Regardless of the tone in your voice, your words set the tone of your day for you and your family.
