1. Guard your thoughts. No negative nellies. Don't go down the negative rabbit hole. Leave the self doubt in the freezer. And watch your language. Use phrases like "I can" or "I am willing to".
2. Celebrate your little wins. All little wins like getting up without hitting the snooze button. Drinking your water. Walking 10,000 steps. Every little win adds up to massive impact.
3. Lead with gratitude. Be aware of what you can be grateful like being able to pay the bills (even though you may not want to pay them). The brief sunbeam. Birds chirping. Lead with gratitude.
4. Smile.
