How many of you have over indulged in some food because you were told you can't have it after today? Eating with a scarcity mindset. Living with scarcity is having a lack of or being in short supply.  Having a scarcity mindset --- you are giving your control away including your willpower.  Desire to be supported and encourage by other like-minded women? "We tend to indulge (or over indulge) to the degree of deprivation." ~ Kristianne Wargo Your "Naught Eat" list becomes your focus. And when you can't have something, you are drawn more to it. And the more you deprive yourself, the greater the indulgence.  So how do you eat, nourish, and enjoy food without a scarcity mindset? The K.I.S.S. ~ Develop an abundance mindset for nourishment and nutrition!
  1. Give yourself permission to live with no absolutes.
  2. Set healthy boundaries. (wants and needs)
  3. Change your language. (I can't to I'm not craving it. I'll pass.)
  4. Establish an "Enjoyment Plan". (enjoyment vs. scarfing)
  5. Take A.I.M. (put it into practice)
