- Emotions (How do you feel before, during, and after?)
- Appetite (How does your eating change?)
- Sleep (How does it affect your "nomal" sleep patterns?)
- SIMPLIFY. Find the similarities in your stressors. This will help you simplify what's stressing you out and how to deal with it (or Amplify it).
- AMPLIFY. (Choose one of the amplifications to manage your stressor.)
- Avoid it. (Just say NO! This is a way to eliminate the stressor.)
- Avoid the person/people that stress you out.
- Don't go to the event.
- Control what you can.
- Alter it. (Change how you interact with the stressor.)
- Use different words to communicate.
- Change your holi-daily life.
- Compromise.
- Manage time better.
- Speak up how you feel.
- Adapt to it. (See it from a different perspective.)
- Release your control.
- Change up your perceived expectations. Stop having them.
- Reframe the problem.
- Look at the bigger picture.
- Love them where they're at.
- Accept what it is. (Let it go. Some stressors can't be changed.)
- Stop fussing over what you can't change.
- Look for the positive.
- Avoid it. (Just say NO! This is a way to eliminate the stressor.)
