We're in search for happiness, for joy, for love, for security, for hope. The picture we may envision usually differs from our reality. The job you have has nothing to do with the actual "job" (the work, the do); but what matters is what it brings you. You are searching for the results. There is a reward which stems from your results. You want that happiness, joy, love. Why are you searching for what you don't want? Let me give you an example: "Why should I quit?" You will come up with every reason as to why you should quit. But if you ask, "Why should I stay?"... Your mind will reason and search for every possibility of staying. In life, you are always moving --- forward or backwards, positive or negative. So what's that magic formula to what keeps you going? What keeps you going brings us back to motivation (a reason one has for acting or behaving in a particular way). Motivation comes from motive --- the moving reason. The K.I.S.S. ~ Create a motif - a moving reason! Change the questions you are asking.

1. How do you want to move?
2. Where do you want to move to? Where do you want to go?
3. How will you move there? How will you get there?
4. What are you moving towards? What are you chasing?
5. When do you want to move?
6. Why do you want to move?

Think back to "Why should I quit?" verses "Why should I stay?". "You will find what you search for."   "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!"
