I have a love-hate relationship with technology. And yesterday was a not so good day. I could have been very easily upset at the employees of the company. But it wasn't their fault that this problem was occurring to the company's product.  I could have gone in there with my Monday morning madness in seek to drain their bank accounts only to deposit my frustration. But what good would it have done? Instead, I go in seeking to fill-up their bank accounts with simple abundance. A kind word. A smile. A courtesy thank you.
