- BLUEBERRIES - These berries are one of the richest sources of antioxidants. They help not only your brain, but helps prevent free radical damage.
- PAPAYA - An average papaya has over 220% of your daily intake of Vitamin C. This is critical for preventing hair breakage by strengthening every strand.
- WALNUTS - They are storehouses of omega-3 fatty acids. This helps to keep your skin healthy, moist and wrinkle free.
- ALMONDS - They are high in protein and loaded with biotin (a vital vitamin which helps break down and use proteins in the body). It also contains Vitamin E and magnesium. This contributes to thick, beautiful hair and helps to reduce stress. A beautiful combination.
