We have to look at a calorie as more than a number. When you eat food that you crave, that junk, fast, or crazy fried food, the power of the calorie is depreciated. Eat nutrient-dense foods. REAL food Eat your leafy greens and vegetables Sprinkle in some fruit. Think berries! Eat a colorful plate. Eat in season. Shop local. (Or buy frozen when out of season.)
