Every action I took stung like a bee. No one could do anything right, including me. Now I could say it was because.... But that's just an excuse. I'm a big girl. And no one deserves to be smacked with words and tones of frustration. What can upset love and respect? It's stress and how you intentionally handle it. If you are facing tough times (and that's not unusual), you need to figure out what you can do to lessen the strikes and be more respectful of your spouse. What does that look like? The K.I.S.S. ~ Kick the stress to the curb! Recognize the triggers. Apologize and own it. Step out of the situation to clear your head. Step into love and respect. SPEAK with a kind phrase/sentence before demanding action. ASK for help. THANK your spouse or loved ones. Love and respect goes together. You must squash the excuses and love unconditionally. No strings attached. It's not about convenience. It's about RESPECT. "Say it and show it!"  Even with great stress, you can have love and respect.
