If we don't know what they are, we can't enjoy them. And I find that we are more attracted to the drama and conflict. We like adventure, anything that pushes our blood pressure. It's a natural high.  This doesn't make you a bad person. These are human tendencies. But what we need to introduce in our life is heavenly tendencies, so we can enjoy the simple pleasures in life.
