Last week saw the colossal computer system failure at British Airways. Passengers were left with no flights, no information, lost luggage, missed hotel bookings and car hire - British Airways is now inundated with requests for compensation and refunds, and many are still waiting for their luggage. So if you were stuck, missed a wedding, a job interview, a holiday with hotel and car hire already paid for, what are your rights? British Airways boss claims that people will get compensation, but what are they entitled to? There are however, EU regulations governing compensation for cancelled flights leaving from EU airports. If you're more than three hours late arriving, or your flight is cancelled, you could be due compensation of up to €600 per person - that's £520 based on today's exchange rate. Scott Kennerly of the Consumer Council is live with Linda.

Also this week: another tumble dryer recall - now Beko has recalled some models , so what are your rights and what are you entitled to if you are one of their customers? And automatic insurance renewal - when it comes time to renew your insurance, be it car, house or health, do you have to opt in? Or opt out? Do you have to tell the company to continue your cover? And if you don't would it just keep rolling? We are always told to shop around the for best price for cover, and we hear from one listener who did just this...then he got a bill for insurance he hadn't asked for.

Carers- they are the back bone of society, unsung and often unrecognised for their dedication and hard work. But when the caring role comes to an end, what's the future for the carer? We hear from MaryAnn who is now in her 40's and cared for her mother along with raising her sisters for 21 years, now that role is over and she's feeling the loss. We hear from Lesley of Carers NI who are aiming to help people cope with this transition
