Scientists are calling for urgent action on climate change in the wake of a damming new assessment.
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change report authored by 200 scientists, has found that humans are now influencing weather and climate extremes across the globe.
It suggests this warming is happening at a frightening pace.
Victoria University Climate Change Research Institute Director Dave Frame told Mike Hosking to fix the issue everybody must get involved.
“It is a very hard problem to solve, because pretty much at any scale, people have incentives to leave all the hard work to other people, and it’s about overcoming those incentives.”
