And if you have picky eaters, then dress the thighs to each delight.  Simple Chicken Thigh Delight Chicken thighs
1 Lemon/Lime (Can use concentrate)
Pink Himalayan Salt
Fresh Cracked Pepper
Cayanne for heat
Paparika (delicious spice, not too spicy)
Favorite Sauces 1. Preheat oven to 350*. 
2. Place the chicken thighs in the baking dish. Nothing needed in the bottom of the pan as the thighs have great natural fat.
3. Season the thighs first with liquids or juices. (Lemon, lime, sauces, etc.)
4. Add the spices on top. If using a pre-packaged seasoning, be sure NOT to add salt as most of these seasonings contain enough salt in them.
5. Cook the chicken thighs for 25 minutes if thawed. (If frozen, cook at 350* for 45-60 minutes.) If you want it to cook longer, then preheat oven to 325* for 60-90 minutes. Yummy!!!
