No group has said it carried out the attack but Taliban militants denied being involved.



Cornelius Zimmermann is NATO's senior civilian representative in Afghanistan.



Seema Ghani is chair of the Hand to Hand charity In Kabul. Seema lives nearby to where the blast happened.
