After 30 years of waiting for a 19th title, Liverpool are Premier League champions following Manchester City's defeat at Chelsea.

Steve Crossman is joined by football correspondent John Murray and former England and Chelsea winger Karen Carney who saw that dramatic win for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge that confirmed the title for Liverpool.

We hear reaction from former Liverpool and England defender Stephen Warnock as well as Ronny Rosenthal who was part of Liverpool’s last title winning team 30 years ago.
