She's the person Bear Grylls turns to for help, and as a survival specialist Megan Hine has done it all: She's been caught in crossfire between two tribal gangs in Kenya, chased through the jungle in Thailand by opium dealers carrying guns and survived an attack by a pack of lions.



You and I might never go through an experience as terrifying as this but Megan Hine believes the skills to survive can be translated into everyday life. She has documented her experiences and her advice in a new book: 'Megan Hine: Mind of a Survivor'. She talks to Sarah Brett about her experiences.
