JJ Chalmers and Gigi Salmon explore the importance of the Invictus Games ahead of the 2022 edition, which starts in the Hague this weekend.

They are joined by the captain of the UK team Rachel Williamson and her father Alan as they discuss how the Games helped them to heal. They hear from sitting volleyball coach Richard Osborne on the amazing work he did on changing perceptions of disability sport in Georgia, and Jenny Collins discusses how taking up coaching archery has helped her journey back to health.

JJ and Gigi are also joined by David Henson as he explains how the Invictus Games leaves a legacy far beyond sporting success.
